There are ominous signs that rates and inflation are headed up. Under those circumstances the cookbook approach to investing which almost all money managers follow say avoid financials, insurance, bond portfolios, real estate. So these could be on sale for quite awhile. In the old days you got fat dividends while you waited. Now you don't.
