Edward, I'm selling my short term shares, leaving my long term core position intact. There're many reasons for my action and the timing:

1. I bought this stock when it was "undiscovered, unloved". My cost basis is in the single digits. As price appreciates, the value of this issue has grown to be too large in the portfolio which requires some rebalancing.

2. I could use funds to buy into the red hot biotech sector.

3. Stock could experience above average volatility following the release of earnings. I prefer to take profits just before earnings. If ESHR runs after earnings, we'll all be happy, I still have my core position. If it dips, I may buy back my shares. So it's a win-win situation for me.

I am not sure how WS will react to the earnings report. Stock was hammered hard last Q after earnings because of problems in the call center business. I think we'll see significant progress in correcting those problems. I'm also not sure how WS reacts to the growth in its internet business. KANA and EGAN came in with 70% sequential growth which is very impressive. I don't think ESHR will come anywhere close to that. My prediction is somewhere around 20%. However I'm confident the growth will accelerate nicely this year.

My long term view remains very bullish.

Regards,

Tom
