Closing price of the day you put in your order, that night's price in other words.

I don't know about the settlement time. Someone else will have to answer that. Options are one day, stocks 3 but I don't know what teh time is for a fund.

Just got home and survived our war. Sucking a chem gear mask for the night has me wore out so I am going to bed. Last night I updated the charts on our site but had to leave before I could change the date on teh main page so hopefully you all noticed that the action from yesterday was reflected there. Waterfall drops in many DOW stocks looks especially ugly and while the DOW almost looks buyable here, many of the old fashioned "bellwethers" still look ugly. I was starting to like IP as a possible bounce play but when I read SI this morning, it seems everyone is looking to buy it so since I tend to be contrarian, I am now going to pass on it.

I read a few interesting posts and stories that claim weare indeed in teh blowoff phase on teh NASDAQ and that it could still go much higher only because this is the blowoff. The top may not come until the last of the bears give up shorting it and capitulate. I Don't know myself but I still love that fork's fit I mentioned earlier. I still feel we have to be darn close to teh top but I am not going to step in front of the train until I can be fully awake and watching.
