MCLL is trying to deny fundamentals with PRs: that might be a sign that they have issued floorless convertibles

Most VC wants biggest piece to themselves. Most of them bring their own proven to win management teams and connections to open doors for you. They want you to work like dog to squeeeze most benefit. They are not putting their hard earned money for nothing or kind heart.
