PRONETLINK.com CLARIFIES SEC FILING -For release Feb 11, 2000
NEW YORK, NY (February 11, 2000) -- To clarify the status of its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ProNetLink.com (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK.OB) Chairman Glenn Zagoren issued the following statement.
"Some months ago, ProNetLink.com filed the necessary Form 10 Registration Statement covering our common stock. Since then the company has been continuing its dialogue with the SEC concerning the filing. We believe that the issues raised by the SEC in its review of the filing are routine in nature and, based on our current information, we anticipate resolving all of the issues concerning its filings with the SEC prior to March 8, 2000."
"As a result of SEC regulations, the OTC Bulletin Board has been phasing in a requirement that all listed companies be publicly reporting companies under the U.S. securities laws. The Bulletin Board is gradually phasing in this requirement. If the company has not met the necessary reporting criteria one month prior to the deadline set by the SEC, the Bulletin Board attaches the letter āeā to the symbol of the company. The letter will be removed upon satisfaction of the SEC's reporting requirements."
ProNetLink is among the companies, grouped alphabetically, required to meet these criteria by the deadline of March 8, 2000.
Zagoren added that the company is performing effectively according to plan.
