You just made the bull case on SNH. If the worst of worst cases STILL leaves you with a 9% dividend yield at the trough (i.e. before they can take possession of, or retenant the distressed assets), that sounds like a pretty firm margin of safety. Where we get the $1.80-1.90 stabilized dividend is by recognizing what happens after that 9 month period you are focused on. Also recognize that this could resolve itself a lot quicker than that.

This price is just getting stupid.
