MOAT, the company tells me there are no shares to be had at this level. They are not selling shares even to the MMs. They are looking to get the share price up to $1.50-$2.00 for funding purposes. I eventually got some shares myself, but it did take a while to get the orders filled. I have a buy order in @ .30 for 10k.
