Talk Visual Sets Guidelines for Conference Call On Monday 14th February 2000

TALK VISUAL CORPORATION confirmed today that Company Chairman Michael Zwebner will host a Teleconference Call on Valentine's Day - Monday, 14 February 2000 - at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) from company headquarters in Miami, Florida. The call will be set up by AT&T Teleconferencing. In order to ensure a successful and well-ordered teleconference, the company has adopted some special procedures as follows.
In accordance with certain logistical and legal requirements, the company wishes to inform participants that the entire teleconference call will be taped.
