I agree PT's support line has gone from worst to even more worst if there is such a thing... not only do they take forever to answer, once a temp answered who didn't even know the name of the firm. worthless.

nevertheless, I thot you used 'DeltaTrader Pro'?
The app version (not webbrowser based) has an 'instant msg' menu item.
as long as it's working correctly :-) it will msg PT support immediately. I've used it on the rare occasion that I've had a stuck order (confirm = "No").
the last time it happened, I called and talked to the head trader... he tracked it down the best he could but I agreed w/ him, that sometimes those things just happen. Nothing is perfect.

That said, I've heard good things about Yamner... calls answered immediately... trading is always w/ a live broker.
