I also bought some FBR stock today when it was at 17 3/8 and was glad to see it up to 19 1/2. But it just fell of a cliff for some reason. Well, WEBM should be up to bat in an hour or so and then we'll see what happens. What happened with Flag Telecom today? I just received the e-mails about reconfirming and such, but it's been trading for about an hour already and someone on here said that he didn't think FBR received any shares to be allocated..very strange.
