Seems like their image is more tarnished by not responding - as long as the issue is not addressed its going to be raised again and again.

One of the reasons I'm in the process of moving to CC is to have what I thought was a better platform for going both long and short. Still seems like cc is the smoothest way to enter the long side and manage one's position but it will be very disappointing if I can't manage my risk by going short when prudent.
