The more I reflect on the conference call - and the lawsuit settlement - the more I am convinced that the settlement was, as, I believe Ram posted, a "clear the decks" event.

So, while I am not particularly happy about the 2 1/2 % dilution, I'm glad it is behind the company for all practical purposes.

Gonna stay long with 100% of my holdings.
