If I were them (and actually wanted the stock to go up):

- announce a split. They only have ten million shares outstanding and the liquidity / turnover volume is too low. They have too many no-trade days, which concerns investors. A split would increase the number of shareholders.

- announce an annual dividend. For example, a .25 dividend would translate to a $6.25 share price (assuming the dividend was equal to a 4% bank rate). If I'm not mistaken, their cash flow is about $20 / share ($200 M in revenues?).

- use stock for acquisitions and purchase profitable, growing companies.

- start borrowing when necessary. The market doesn't give them credit for having no debt.
