I think we have a miscommunication here. I am not saying Fuller's vision for the future of INPR is good or bad; I am saying this deal with Corel is bad, and I don't care to go along with it.

... But mostly I am saying the PRICE of the deal is bad. I trust both you and I, as well as most INPR shareholders, would agree to this speculation that the stock price of INPR is likely to go higher on its own business improvement in the near future.

... And no, I do not have no hard practical facts why Fuller made this deal and at this price. I truly don't understand why.
