Well that is why I had become an (after first selling) Idealist with this deal. Because the forward perception of INPR on it's own was positive with or without another company. So when the closest to the company's inner-workings -the board members, especially Coates who was quite vocal in all their past dealings, are going along with it I starting surmising there may be something I am not aware of about the deal or it's future?

I had also surmised that maybe things are not that great at INPR on it's own? But since that made even less sense to me I decided to go with the optimist view.

I will keep a close eye for signs of a more positive future as I am already protected against any negatives.
