In fact I did mention Medsite and he said that they were an extremely active company and wheeling and dealing constantly (my words) and that the complexity of the details required for an S-1 filing probably has them up to their ears in the paper. He did not say or infer that an S-1 was imminent. I suspect that Medsite being a private company would be playing those cards very close to their chest. FWIW I have always felt that the longer it takes the more robust will be the IPO. P.S. Jim mentioned that their weather had been kind of cold and messy and he lamented about not being able to get out for a golf game at all. I told him he wasn't allowed to golf until we saw $10. He got a laugh out of that. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was serious. <gg> C
