Originally I thought people on this thread tried to tell me that 100% of all production (Athlon and K6-2) was moved to 0.18u. But now I guess Sanders' statement makes much more sense than what I've been hearing from this thread. Only Athlon has been moved 100% to 0.18u; the older 0.25u process is now exclusively churning out K6-2's to meet "stronger than expected" low-end demand.

Once K6-2+ is released, I expect AMD to quickly ramp down the 0.25u process and finally make the move to 100% 0.18u. That should take some time, though.
