Jim,

I spoke briefly with Bill this morning and he stated that he was quite pleased with the results of the interview. I suggested that he contact his webmaster and discuss the logistics of incorporating RealAudio to the website. I believe he is contacting them today as he also wants to post the article from "The Port News" to a publically viewable location as well.

As for Norman's comments regarding Bill's attitude toward shareholders, they are correct. Bill Carraway originally took his EnviroEconomics concept to small shareholders years ago and found great support. I believe that he understands the importance of maintaining support among a broadbase of shareholders.

I remember discussions that he and I had regarding another company that we were both familiar with. This company had decided to hold its shareholder meeting in NYC, when 2/3rds of the shareholders were located on the West Coast. He expressed disdain for this attitude and felt that it presented a perception that this company had something to hide. He was correct... :0) And the company suffered for it.

Bill started GRNO as a result of a bad investment he had made back in the early 90's. From his remarks to me, I believe he relates to many of the experiences that many of us have had with companies that are less than forthcoming. I believe he will take GRNO down a different, more positive road toward shareholder education.

Just my .02 worth.

Regards,

Ron
