Yes, investors should check the people and the "company" before buying this worthless stock.

As you say, Rodgers and Austin have been involved in at least two previous companies that look like classic "pump and dump" operations (NUEP and CYSS).

These guys are "professionals", or "... artists", but not the type that you want to be buying from, if you know what I mean.

I wonder if they hired anyone (IR or otherwise) to phone up people on "sucker lists" to talk them into buying the stock. I think that was a method that was used with CYSS, in addition to touts on the SI and Raging Bull message boards.
