Bruce,

Don't forget what my mom told me, "there is many a slip between the cup and the lip". The possibility of an IPO of a spin off from INSI has only been alluded to.

I have taken a position in AZTC where they have stated in public they will IPO PCSI (a division) is as close to a firm commitment as you can get in this arena and it still hasn't happened. I only hope that the rumors about INSI doing an IPO come to pass yet if they don't, that will be OK.
