Zbyslaw,
my 2 cents about the overlap of Acquirer / NN

ALA: in xDSL and LMDS
ERICY: in LMDS
NT: in ATM, xDSL, and LMDS (everything)
Siemens: LMDS with Pcom ?
CSCO: ATM, xDSL, LMDS (everything)
Tellabs: don't know.

The difficult thing to tell here is HOW those products are
overlapping. I mean ALA might have LMDS, but is it addressing the core (service provider networks) or the edge (the enterprise customer) ?

If People here have more insight on LMDS products of ALA and ERICY, I'd be happy to hear them talk about the overlap
of their LMDS vs NN's.
Who has the better product vs NN ?
Who would scrap its own development to buy NN's LMDS ?

I think that ERICY has the less overlap potential and IF they're willing to scrap their LMDS solution by buying NN
(that would meaning NN has a better product now) it would be the easyest merge.
I think that if NN ever gets a contract from one of the big LMDS licenses holders, ALA or ERICY might scoop up NN right away.

LMDS is what is going to bring back value to NN's shares, IMO.
