Pat,

I had an opportunity to attend Fidelity Investments first all day
Investors Conference in Boston on Saturday. I went to a number of
sessions, and closed with one entitled "The rise, fall and rise
again of Technology stocks".

It was hosted by Michael Murphy, the principal of Michael Murphy's California Technology Stock Letter. (http://www.ctsl.com). He is a
well-respected technology analyst and technology strategist.

I asked him publically *(about 200 peple in the room) about ADSL in general, and AMTX, ORCTF, AWRE in specific. His comments (generally editorialization and recapitulation required here....)

"Of the ADSL vendors I named, he very much likes and recommends AMTX. He knows the management team, and has the higest respect for them. He thinks they will succeed, BUT he has this stock in his long range portfolio (5 years down the road). He thinks ADSL is a little early, and that the phone companies are not rushing that fast yet."

Folks in the audience at this point wrote the name down...

I also asked him about these stocks, which we also discussed and likes:

CIEN (top notch), UNPH
LU, MRVC (Gig Ethernet)
AMTX (loves it...)
No fibre companies (he said he doesn't know much about them)
