I think the debs are gone. It's up .46 this morning. The insiders are not going to announce complete conversion until after taking advantage of the low prices. I believe they are now buying, thus the debs are gone.

I believe the debs were an issue back in Dec., maybe even before the
financing was even announced. The insiders started selling then. If they were not selling then, then they're just as dumb as I am.
