Their stock price is 0.57 up .06 for the day. I bought at .80 a few weeks ago. It quickly went up over a dollar then dropped. USAG is a
shell, first publicly traded in 1988. Had their cash invested in
money markets, with no investments until recently. World Wide Web
Casinos bought shares in USAG until they had a controlling interest.
In March USAG announced that it was acquiring World Wide Web Casinos.
People on the USAG thread say that this is a short-cut way for a private company to go public. World Wide Web Casinos is going to
start internet gaming in May or June. They spent 2 years developing
their 3D software. USAG recently acquired Camelot gaming, an internet
gaming company based in Las Vegas. Camelot has a lot of customers.
