LOOKING AHEAD:
You will be seeing some significant improvements to the site over the next few days, according to the Company, which
will give potential members more reasons to join. Stay tuned. Site improvements and the financial filing are the two
major goals. Once those are complete, the real marketing drive will begin in earnest.
The Company thanks all the loyal shareholders for realizing that progress, while it never seems fast enough, is definitely
being made, as are plans to bring more attention to the stock price, which the Company feels is undervalued.
The Company also realizes, as do many of you, that message boards are comprised of individuals who have different
motivations for saying what they do. Some are long term, some short; some who want the stock price to go up, and
some who want it to go down.
The Company will continue to address legitimate questions and concerns, and welcomes all suggestions. They
sincerely appreciate all loyal shareholders, and will do their best to help ensure their patience will be rewarded.
Mr. Folger also ask us to mention that some shareholders may be under the impression that the Company is in a
self-imposed "quiet period" while the filing is being finished. This is not the case. To explain clearly, the term was only
referring to the fact that the Company will not be announcing or closing any other acquisitions until the filing is complete.
That way the filing can be submitted and approved more quickly by the SEC.
