We are still in that formation. This is usually a traders formation to make a play on what would seem like an oversold condition given the foundamentals are still in tack. If IDEC were to decline further, the indicated sell point would be at 16 to 16 1/2. Current stituation would indicate a good accumulation or entry position. A good resource for point & firgure indicators is Tom Dorsey's book, "Point & Firgure Charting". Warning indicates you have a possible oversold or overbought condition depending on a low or high pole formation.
