Brent,some excellent information you dug up there.The 6/9 S&P posts the same 5 analysts they've posted for the last few months No mention of the 6/4 "will meet '96.expected earnings announcement either.I guess a lot of information on fast growing small companies slips thru the cracks in the Street.

At any rate I wonder if Piper Jaffray is also beginning coverage.RAIN made their earnings announcement on 6/4 during a Piper Jaffray conference.I checked their www.site and no report on file as of May.But their managing director,Allan F. Hickok,primarily focuses on "the restaurant and specialty beer industries" .Since the home office is in Minnesota I wonder if he's been consentrating too much on researching beer and is just now noticing the Rainforest.

ON the down-side I was checcking out a S-3 Rain filed at Edgar on 5/22 that some insiders intend to sell 150,000 warrants.No big names other than Constance Berman (6000 shares) who I asume is related to Lyle.At any rate while browsing the S-3 I noticed something which I should have noticed in the the 10K,but didn't.That is that the Patent and Trademark Office determined Rainforest Cafe is likely to be confused with another registered mark and refused to register certain of the company's marks.

Got to go,I can hear my daughter crying.Tried calling Rainforest today to no avail for clarification.
