Gary, Ken, and Gerald: There is no secondary offering of CSCO by ML on Monday. I just got off the phone with someone at ML who checked all internal and external news sources. He could find nothing on a secondary offering--by ML or any other brokerage. A shareholder of CSCO himself, the ML fellow said something like, "Cisco is the second largest company in the world. There are a lot of shares out there on the market already and the one thing Cisco is not hard-up for is cash. A secondary offering makes no sense." After squelching this rumor, he went over to the research area of the web site. Same reading I got. Fiddling around, he discovered that there are some problems with the research and _only_ the research area of their web site. He filed a problem slip while we spoke. The problem should be fixed this evening. Regards, Lynn
