Paul, have you received election form (stock or cash) for ctz? I called info agent today asking about fnf option to pay reduced price if fnf under 15. No way can average price be >15 by 2/28. They had to investigate this, seemed as confused as I am. If fnf opted to pay 52 this would be the best arb deal available. So my assumption is lesser amount which means that ctz board has to make a go or no go decision. This deal must have been structured by lawyers who get paid according to the complexity factor.
