Excellent presentation on radiowallstreet about ADLS and how regulation clarification will initiate significant investment by ROBC in ADSL. Now with rules giving ROBC assurance that they investment will pay off,all ROBC will start massive investment in ADLS,later this year and of course in ATM infrastructure: click on LU,SBC, etc. radiowallstreet.com Now CLECs have a hard time, and RBOCs will increase they investment. CLECS to stay in business have to offer true multiservies ( does this ring the bell....TM/NN) not just speed and access!!!
