If anyone's interested, this link leads to a formal legal definition of "interpleader," which LifeOne's press release of 11/9 refers to:

bailey-law.com

My understanding is that former management, Brent and Jayne et. al., were removed by the bankruptcy trustee. (Write if you get work. :)) I'd like to contact them one last time to ask for their side of what happened at the end but don't know how to locate them. Also, the trustee told me that Brent's final press release was "unauthorized" and that the trustee himself had issued another press release after assuming control of the company but I, as a shareholder, didn't receive a copy and I can't find a reference to it on the internet. Has anyone seen it and, if so, could you post it here? I cannot think of a greater comedy of errors than LifeOne's corporate history. Could it have turned out any worse?

I must remember that time heals all wounds.
