I have been clean since I got set up a few weeks ago. I would suspect the local telco first. Check with FTEL to see if the POP has been reported as droping folks. It won't be long til Netcom is a distant memory for me. I am waiting until after my month in Europe before dropping Netcom ( taking my laptop and will access from the UK via netcom gotta have my email access ). Martin
