Niv - to my knowledge, elnk doesn't "own" broadband pipe. They do have a close relationship with Charter Cable (Paul Allen's co.), obviously Sprint and soon to be MCI. Re: broadband in general...I expect isp's will travel on other people's backbones. Ex. I'm a Pacific Bell customer which supplies dsl. But I would still keep elnk as my isp. Don't have a clue why the stock is behaving the way it is. I know this is an oversimplification but it just appears that there 'smore sellers than buyers. (Most of it is retail.) Still long...P
