Hi Allen, thanks for mentioning AAC. I'll look at it.

I've not received the election form for CTZ. Certainly not clear what will happen at what price. I'd guess the deal will be done, maybe at the 46-47 level. Just a guess on the price, no facts or considered judgment whatsoever behind it.

I'm also looking into a few more:

TMAM at 7, with a cash buyout offer of $7.75
TNA about 22.78, getting a cash & stock offer of $26 from
MKL
TSII at 14 9/16 with a cash buyout of 15 1/4 est. late Apr.
British BOX at $42 7/8 with an offer valued at $46-47 depending on exchange rate of pound.
UPUP at 25 13/16 with a cash buyout offer of $27 est. 2nd Q.
TNP 42 7/8 with a cash buyout offer of $44 est 1Q.

disclaimer. Posting just to add a few more for posters to follow up on if they wish. The numbers and timeframes are from my notes. Could contain some inaccuracies/errors.
