L, The data rates you listed look pretty good on paper, but didn't the same group responsible for supplying these figures say CDMA wouldn't work. It would seem to me, absent technical information to the contrary, that increasing data rates on top of a technology which struggles with allocated spectrum and power control just magnifies those shortcomings. PS - Even though I know better, I'm listening to Snyder's Feb 8 interview while I'm typing this. I've never listened to him before. Cooters
