It should stay.
I make no distinction between purchasing items through
a 1-800 number and the internet. For decades,
you've been able to purchase things sales tax-free
via mail/phone order using catalogs. Shopping online
is no different, except it's a little easier for some
people, and a little harder for others. JC Whitney
hasn't put the local Kragen out of business.

Bob seemed to be really messed up (confused) on this
issue. Sometimes I think he's a little out of the loop
regarding ordinary issues (ala the former president
marveling at grocery store scanners).
