What I would like to know after all these months of controversy is....

What the hell is so great about the old SI?

The minute the new SI was introduced I jumped on and never went back, except for 2 times when the new SI was down. And I didn't like it at all - it's an antique compared to the new site. Even the type quality is not as good.

And in my humble opinion, the reason for the site slowness and downed servers is the fact that they have been trying to keep the old version running for all the squeeky wheels who are still complaining about the change. You need to change to grow. The same old thing becomes out of date in no time on the web.

I think the reason there "seems" to be so many complaints about the new SI is that the complainers are the only ones making themselves heard - a.k.a. squeeky wheels. It Would be interesting to see the posts from people who LOVE the new SI.

Might be time for a new thread - Posters who love the new SI.

Susan

PS: Pareto - awesome post!
