I honestly do not know. Folks have told me that they have asked the SEC for an answer. I have not heard of anyone receiving an answer from the SEC. When I do I will post it here and elsewhere. Personally, I am holding, because if this is for real, we stand to make some spectacular money. If it isn't for real, then my small investment will be down the drain. I am not selling any VIPM shares, just yet. Rule 1. Never invest more money, in a Penny Stock, or any other stock, than you can afford to lose. As of today, I am showing a profit in VIPM.
