I'll call them on Monday if I think of it; they're down in Camarillo. The business seems so solid that I'm not worried -- not yet -- but we have to face it could be a sign of something amiss. On the one hand it's a buying opportunity; on the other hand, they were supposed to file already in July as far as I can tell from the analyst's information. Now they're delinquent - qteke. So I guess we can only conclude something may be wrong that they're not telling us. Kailash
