When exactly does it get added ? I don't understand why
people are waiting. There HAS to be a pop. Maybe the recent run up took that into account. How long do indexed funds have to add them to their portfolio ? Can they start early ? Ahhh ... too many questions Smithers for what was once a no-brainer.
