Correction on stock purchase rights. I reread Article II 2.01 (c) a few more times and now have modified my interpretation. I now believe the INPR shares already had stock purchase rights for more INPR shares associated with them. The stock purchase rights associated with the CORL shares merely replaces the INPR rights and are issued at the same 0.747 ratio as the common shares.

Soooo .... the purchase conditions were set by INPR predecessors back in 1991 ... just like the Article says.

You probably already knew that .. being a more astute reader than me. <G>
