go to 'help', 'about communicator', and scroll down to the rsa info. if you have data like this, you have 128-bit:

This version supports U.S.
security with RSA Public
Key Cryptography, MD2,
MD5, RC2-CBC, RC4,
DES-CBC,
DES-EDE3-CBC.


the operative phrase here is U.S. security... if it says international, that means you have low encryption.
