I did a little more searching and found what appears to be a fraud lawsuit against Martin Kaiden Co Inc in San Diego in 1996. Could be a class-action thing, with something to do with stocks or securities of some kind, according to another website. Cannot find more details.

"Kaiden, SA" is a big Crys-Tel shareholder, and may or may not be related to Martin Kaiden Co Inc.
