I believe what it comes down to is they just didn't
realize how long filing the form 10 was going to take.
And/Or the auditors are a small firm that is too busy
to crank this thing out. I don't believe Quintek has
any skeletons in the closet.

IMO things will turn out alright.
I'll stick around and find out. Hopefully we will see
tons of selling and I can quadruple my position for the
cost of my original position. :)
