The web is the bottleneck: I ran across this suggestion on Frank Coluccio's thread: Message 12836673 After running this command at the DOS prompt I got over 30 hops and several seconds between my computer and SI. The printout appears to give the IP address and a brief description of switches and routers on the telephony system along the way. George D.
