Dear Mr. C. Goddard,

Don't You think that it is time that Company honestly and truthfully inform investors what is Company near term goals, where it stay now, and what should we expect in future (re: KDUS programs, patents, small molecules libraries,..) ?

Don't You think that it is time for Company to move on from old approach (PFE dependence) and fight for their own place in this Universe?

Don't You think that it is time that Company disclose full story about ongoing cancer programs collaboration with PFE (now at +10 years) and how Company intend to continue in this field?

As shareholder I think that it is in our interest (as well as Company interest) that first priority is lay-out of the OSIP perspective and how this perspective can be realized.

Not statement like: "Good luck to SUGN, but our molecule are 100-1000 times more patents." This doesn't *fire* any longer.

So that institutions will not dump their holding in first *blurp* in stock price. And left as, small guys, to hold the bag.

I will not be at SH meeting this year, but be asure that if any of my online friend attend he/she will have many questions.

Miljenko
