To Our Stockholders,

I would like to take this opportunity to bring you up to date on our
Company's progress.

During September 1999 we tested our Aussie Mega Pump infomercial on
national cable television. Results of the test showed that although the
infomercial had an acceptable cost per order on some cable networks, it
was unacceptable on the majority.

We made a decision at the end of September to re-edit our infomercial to
make a better presentation of our product. Since October we have been in
the re-edit process. The revised infomercial is currently undergoing
focus group review before the final edit.

We believe this version is significantly better than the original version
in that we have retained only about 30% of the original version in the new
program. By adding new footage which we shot in November and by using
previously available but unused raw footage we have put together what some
industry observers say is "the difference between night and day" over the
original program.

We expect to test this new program in February. If the test is positive,
we intend to do a large media roll out.

We expect to apply for fully reporting status during the first quarter of
2000. We had anticipated filing in the fourth quarter of 1999 but decided
the money needed to accomplish the filing prerequisites (legal and
accounting) would be better used in the infomercial re-edit. Fully
reporting status is necessary to allow our shares to be re-listed on
NASDAQ's Electronic Bulletin Board.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to the debut of
the revised program.

Yours truly,

John J. Mahoney
President
