Try to stay focused on substance, Gus. If you don't even have the integrity, much less the class to acknowledge an obvious mistake like that, what makes you think anyone here is interested in listening to your scatter-brained explanation of the implications of the terms of that 1994 cross-licensing agreement. You chastise me for failing to acknowledge mistakes that have not ever been pointed out? Please! Do you make it a habit to identify your mistakes, ones you have not even noticed or been called on? How unreasonable can you be? Remember how that lawyer picked apart your argument in slow motion? He tried. Here is my rebuttal to his entire rant that didn't have any substantive merit whatsoever: Message 12824993 Gus, you are cluttering this board up with a bunch of juvenile put-downs and unsubstantiated personal attacks that are a waste of time for those people who are truly interested in the situation of the wireless world that is slowly unfolding before our eyes.
