taxman and All: Go to the on24.com site and type in MSFT then select the article 02/11/00,UPDATE: Author of GartnerGroup Comments on Integration Problems for Windows 2000 5:37 Michael Gartenberg, Analyst, GartnerGroup, and you will hear the guy equivocating all over the place. This whole study was set up by these guys to drum up business for their company. Bear in mind these were the guys trumpeting the disaster that would come with Y2K. He says the people who should not implement this O/S without help are people with an extensive network who don't know anything - well A Duhhh!

It is amazing how stupid people who control big blocks of stock are that they sell 100,000's of shares based on crap like this and a few ill considered remarks by the likes of Dell.(On the other hand Dell might just have been playing hard ball with MSFT.) People are waking up on this score. Check out the ISLAND site: newgritch.island.com

and see that MSFT traded almost 3mill. shares and closed at 101 3/32 in after hrs. Fri.

This was and is a great buying opportunity. Remember MSFT has powerful enemies that are dreading the introduction of this product and they are doing all that they can to defeat it. This is the first time MSFT has come with a truly killer O/S in the business millieu and the competition is very very concerned. JFD
