Thanks Joe. It appears that not only is ADM used to paying off lawsuits but they can well afford to do so. Suggestion. If this search starts to become extensive maybe the results should be posted on the IGNE thread Subject 20874 so this one is not cluttered. It's your thread Joe and your decision. Just MHO. :-) JD
